Machine Operator – Evening Shift (2:00pm - 10:00 PM)

Full-Time Permanent | Headingley, MB

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our Evening Shift (2:00pm - 10:00 PM) in our modern, clean manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic shape moulding machinery
Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
Assist in other areas of the plant as required
Learn additional equipment and advance into other functions within the company

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs periodically
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Able to reach 5–6 feet above head level with product weighing up to 10 lbs
Reliable transportation to Headingley, MB (no public transit access — located 5 km west of the Perimeter)

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $18.50/hour with opportunity for performance-based increases
Evening shift premium: +$0.50/hour
