As a User Experience Designer on the Alexa Domains UX Design team at ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ, your role is to craft experiences that leverage Alexa's capabilities across Echo devices, with a focus on daily food-related tasks. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design features that enhance customers' meal planning, recipe discovery, and dietary tracking experiences. By owning the design process from start to finish, you will bring ideas to life and effectively communicate your vision to various teams and stakeholders.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Create user-centered designs based on market research, business objectives, customer feedback, and usability studies
- Lead design processes to refine strategy and elevate design standards within the organization
- Translate business requirements into use cases and customer experience frameworks
- Design interfaces and interaction flows for voice experiences, mobile apps, and embedded screens
- Produce conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user interface specifications
- Present design solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, gathering feedback for iterative improvements
- Collaborate with usability and data science teams to evaluate and optimize features
- Partner with other design team members to ensure cohesive Alexa Domain experiences
