Job Description
Description
Amazon's North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be the trusted finance partner supporting operational and functional leaders. Amazon operates the most complex retail networks in the world, delivering billions of packages to hundreds of millions of homes and businesses annually – and we have nearly doubled the size of our fulfillment network over the last two years! Come join a dedicated team committed to operational and financial excellence where you will focus on the inputs, think like an owner, and where every day is Day One.
The USNS Labor Strategy Pillar sits at the intersection of workforce economics, operational planning, and financial performance across Amazon's US Non-Sort fulfillment network. This team serves as the analytical backbone for labor-related financial decisions — translating complex workforce data into actionable insights that drive cost efficiency and workforce effectiveness at scale.
You will partner directly with Labor Strategy, Operations, and HR leadership to build and own the financial models that underpin headcount planning, labor rate analysis, tenure mix management, and productivity benchmarking. You will play a key role in annual operating plan development, ongoing variance analysis, and the design of scalable mechanisms that improve labor economics across the network. This is a high-visibility role for a finance professional who wants to influence strategic workforce decisions at one of the world's largest employers.
