Job description
Onyx Siri Solar, an authorized distributor for PIXON Energy and Solaire Inverters, is looking for a dedicated and organized professional to manage our end-to-end sales operations and customer support. This role is the central point of contact for our customers, sales team, and logistics.
📍 Location
● Reporting Office: Uppal / Hyderabad (In-office role)
🎯 Your Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Workflow)
● Inquiry Management: Receive calls/leads from customers and field sales executives.
● Sales Support: Prepare professional Quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI)accurately.
● Follow-ups: Consistent follow-up with leads to convert inquiries into orders.
● Coordination: Liaise with the Accounts Team for payment verification and the Logistics Team for stock availability and dispatch.
● Post-Sales: Track dispatches until delivery confirmation and send "Thank You" notes/feedback forms to clients.
● Service Support: Log and track service/warranty requests for solar modules and inverters.
🎓 Requirements
● Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or B.Tech).
● Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Back-office Operations. (Experience in Solar/Electrical/Manufacturing is a major plus).
● Skills: * Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
○ Proficiency in MS Excel (for tracking orders) and WhatsApp Business.
○ Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple phone calls.
● Gender: Male or Female (Open to all).
● Traits: Polite telephonic etiquette, extreme attention to detail, and a "problem-solver" attitude.
