What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be at the center of maintaining healthy customer relationships and ensuring the timely flow of revenue throughout the organization. You'll partner with customers, investigate and resolve account issues, apply payments accurately, and proactively manage outstanding balances. Every day brings new opportunities to problem-solve, communicate, and make a meaningful impact on the business.
In this role, you will:
- Build strong customer partnerships while professionally managing B2B collection efforts.
- Apply customer payments received through various channels, including mail, email, phone, and bank lockbox transactions.
- Review account balances and proactively manage outstanding receivables.
- Investigate and resolve remittance and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and collection notes.
- Respond to billing inquiries and provide clear invoice explanations.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to identify solutions that improve account health and reduce delinquency.
- Help ensure timely and accurate account reconciliation.
