Role Description The Trading Operations Specialist - MCX role at Alphextra is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include managing trading operations, analyzing data to optimize strategies, and facilitating seamless communication with stakeholders. The role requires monitoring trading activities in the Indian Commodities Exchange - MCX, resolving trade discrepancies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing operational support to trading teams for effective execution.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Trading Operations and Trading principles
• Prior experience in MCX
• Understanding of strategies in MCX - Indian Commodities Exchange
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Open to working in different shifts (MCX trading hours)
• Outstanding Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
