Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources (HR)

Location: Banjara Hills, Road No. 12, Banjara Green Colony

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and other HR-related MIS.
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and workforce planning.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and other HR programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/MSW in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a startup environment will be an added advantage.
