What You'll Do

• Design and build internal software platforms, including proprietary sourcing tools, CRM systems, portfolio management applications, and AI-powered workflows.
• Partner closely with investment professionals to evaluate emerging technologies and perform technical diligence on prospective investments.
• Collaborate with founders and engineering leaders to solve complex technical challenges and help identify exceptional engineering talent.
• Develop AI-driven tools that automate workflows, improve decision-making, and create operational advantages.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy products that improve how investment teams source opportunities, evaluate companies, and support portfolio businesses.
• Build meaningful relationships with founders, engineers, executives, and investors across the technology ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for engineers who enjoy building products, solving difficult problems, and operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.

Qualifications include:

• 2–5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience building production-grade applications using modern cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage technical founders and senior business leaders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from a top university, or equivalent demonstrated technical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, or internal platforms.
• Public GitHub projects, open-source contributions, or a portfolio of personal software projects.
• Genuine curiosity about startups, venture capital, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
