Junior Accountants shall provide analytical and administrative support for reviews, reconciliations, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holders are required for this position due to federal contract requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 9 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Familiarity with Federal cost principles or willingness to learn 2 CFR Part 200 requirements
- Ability to perform data analysis, reconciliations, and documentation support with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills

General Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Experience supporting cost and financial transparency & maintaining documentation sufficient for Federal review
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance/credentials required to perform the job.
