Role Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Consultant I at Allstate, you will be responsible for applying consulting methodology, analyzing requirements and requests from the business operations area, and supporting the implementation of consulting projects through research, data analysis, and recommending potential solutions. In this role, you may lead simple projects or process design efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate issues related to systems and procedures, develop preventative measures, and present recommendations
- Provide documentation and interpretation of research findings in support of consulting initiatives using standard procedures
- Track and report statistical data, procedures, and program definitions for department functions
- Identify and resolve simple problems for business projects
- Implement the business unit quality requirements and components that impact profitability and operational efficiencies
- Recommend solutions that positively impact the business unit cost structure, profitability, operational efficiencies, and results
- Research quality issues to determine root cause and assist with the development of a remediation plan
- Create and implement interim manual processes until a permanent fix is implemented
- Initiate and support business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services
Qualifications Required:
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
