Job Description

Provide tier I technical support for clients with managed support contracts. Manage, diagnose, and resolve technical issues over the phone and using advanced remote monitoring and management tools.

Excellent remote troubleshooting and communication skills. Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain Microsoft clients and servers; wide area networks (WAN); local area networks (LAN); cloud based infrastructure; cyber security appliances and software; unified communications video, phone and messaging applications.

· Exceptional verbal and written communications

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

· Detail oriented

· Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

· Strong research and consultative skills

· Desire to serve others

1+ years of experience or equivalent education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
