Key Responsibilities
Oversee entire kitchen operations , including food preparation and service.
Plan menus and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards .
Manage inventory, food costing, and kitchen supplies .
Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality and consistency standards .
Train and mentor kitchen staff.
Requirements
~5–10 years of experience in professional kitchens.
~3–5 years in a leadership or Chef role .
~ Experience in Indian cuisine preferred.
~ Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management or related field .
~ Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management .
