We’re Hiring: Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce org including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Build and manage custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and dashboards
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement no-code / low-code solutions
• Perform data audits, deduplication, and imports/exports using tools such as Data Loader
• Troubleshoot platform issues, manage sandboxes, and oversee release deployments
• Manage and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (ERP, marketing tools, support platforms)
• Work with IT/engineering teams on API integrations, middleware tools, and workflow automation
• Monitor integration health and resolve sync issues
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features
• Provide user training and documentation

🔹 Requirements

• 5–7 years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) – mandatory
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus)
• Hands-on experience building flows, automation, and reports without developer support
• Experience managing integrations with tools such as HubSpot
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data mapping concepts
• Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Zapier
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Connect
• Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, and data security practices
• Exposure to integration architecture / iPaaS platforms
• Familiarity with change management and release processes
• Basic understanding of Apex or SOQL
