Department: Sales & Clinical Applications

Reporting To: Regional Manager / Head – Commercial Operations

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Field Clinical Specialist to manage end-to-end customer engagement including sales, product demos, device installation, servicing, and screening operations for ophthalmic devices and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by engaging with doctors, hospitals, and clinics
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical value
• Support installations, training, and device deployment
• Execute retinal screening camps and field programs
• Handle basic servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Represent the company at conferences and generate leads

Key Requirements:

• Education: Optometry / Ophthalmic Tech / Biomedical / Life Sciences
• Experience: 1–2 years (freshers with strong aptitude can apply)
• Strong communication & technical skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (70–80%)

Salary: ₹30,000/month
