Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & Internal Tool DevelopmentBuild and maintain automation workflows using Google Sheets scripts (JavaScript / Apps Script).Develop internal tools for sales management, CRM processes, and data processing.Create scripts to automate data cleaning, reporting, and integrations.CRM Ecosystem DevelopmentConfigure and customize CRM modules, layouts, automation workflows, and system configurations.Develop scripting-based automation and integrations within the CRM ecosystem.Maintain integrations between CRM systems and external tools.Coding & Technical DevelopmentDevelop lightweight applications and utilities using languages such as:PythonJavaScriptHTML / CSSBasic backend scriptingBuild APIs or scripts to connect external platforms and services when required.Business Data & System IntegrationManage integrations between tools such as CRM platforms, spreadsheets, databases, and external APIs.Build automated workflows that move data across systems.Assist in structuring internal databases, reporting systems, and dashboards.IT Infrastructure SupportMaintain internal software tools and digital infrastructure.Manage user access, system configurations, and integrations.Troubleshoot technical issues across internal systems and platforms.Continuous ImprovementIdentify repetitive operational tasks that can be automated.Develop internal productivity tools and lightweight applications.Recommend new tools or systems to improve operational efficiency.
