About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Junior Software Engineer with 3 +years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, and proficiency in Java programming. You will work on large-scale projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help improve our development and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and automation of deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and other CI/CD tools.

Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) to ensure robust cloud infrastructure management.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery processes.

Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.

Write and maintain scripts in Java to automate and streamline tasks.

Troubleshoot issues across multiple environments, providing timely solutions to production and pre-production problems.

Help maintain high availability and fault tolerance of systems and services.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a AWS, working on large-scale projects.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with an international team.

Proficiency in Java programming and understanding of software development life cycles.

Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Cloud Formation.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting.
