About The Role

What if your Italian voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping ensure that the next generation of AI sounds natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. The work is AI-related but does not involve voice cloning. All you need is fluency in Italian, a quality microphone, and a quiet space to record.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Fluent in Italian — native or near-native proficiency
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
• Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet recording environment
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, rhythm, and clarity in speech
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with professional audio recording software or home studio setup
• Background in broadcast, theatre, podcasting, or audio production
• Familiarity with AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variation
