Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across native mobile applications, web platforms, and backend systems. This role requires strong technical depth, ownership of program execution, and the ability to leverage AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture, contribute to hands-on development, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives. This is a critical role focused on execution excellence, technical leadership, and measurable productivity gains through modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Ownership
• Act as the primary technical owner and point of contact for end-to-end program delivery.
• Drive architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Ensure alignment with business goals, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Hands-on Development & Code Quality
• Contribute to hands-on coding across critical components in mobile, web, and backend layers.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
• AI-Driven Engineering Practices
• Drive adoption of AI-led SDLC practices to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Leverage tools such as Claude or similar AI assistants for coding, testing, and optimization.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance productivity through automation and AI integration.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers, ensuring productivity, engagement, and quality delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct design discussions, and support skill development within the team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with product, business, UX, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Delivery Management & Execution
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Establish and enforce best practices in CI/CD, testing, deployment, and system reliability.
• Drive predictable execution and continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development with proven technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Mobile: iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Web: Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks.
• Backend: Java or Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
• Experience designing scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience in AI-assisted development and AI-driven SDLC practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design capabilities.
