Job description
We're partnering with a leading global alternative investment platform that's looking to add an Associate to its Digital Infrastructure investment team.
The team invests across digital infrastructure sectors including data centers, fiber, wireless infrastructure, towers, and related digital assets, and is seeking an investor with strong financial modeling and transaction execution experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities across the digital infrastructure landscape.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Perform commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
- Support transaction execution from origination through closing.
- Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio companies.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Infrastructure, TMT) and/or Private Equity.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in infrastructure, technology, or digital assets.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
