The Specialist supports all Lines of Business (LOB) the market engages in, including Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts. The Specialist operates with autonomy to align execution with executive priorities, translating company strategy into measurable, successful field performance.

Initiative Ownership & Project Execution

Collaborate with senior leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy to build efficiencies in our reporting and execution of key value based care performance areas.

Deploy structured project management tools, including project plans, schedules, trackers, and performance playbooks related to localized initiatives; serve as thought partner to centralized teams to grow and standardize best practices and tools to benefit all field teams

Leverage AI tools and workflows to manage multiple simultaneous priorities to completion while identifying and mitigating resource constraints, risks, and conflicts that impact deliverables, serving as "air traffic control," and enhancing capacity for colleagues to prioritize practice-based relationship and performance management.

Operational Governance and Leadership Support

Manage our ACO’s operational cadence, organizing and leading cross-functional, strategic, and performance meetings (including agendas, presentations, and closing action loops).

Operate with autonomous execution to plan and support leadership in running internal and external meetings and events, including board meetings, conferences, and market summits.

Enhance and maintain internal team standard operating procedures, compliance documentation, ACO Board records, and practice relationship management data (including practice churn/withdrawal submissions).

Cross-Functional Connectivity & Stakeholder Alignment

Serve as a critical bridge between centralized subject-matter expert teams and field teams to eliminate information silos and maintain organizational alignment.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring local team members fully understand project objectives, timelines, and execution requirements.

Interface with centralized cross-functional project teams on behalf of the local market to ensure field nuances are accounted for in organizational rollouts.

Travel & Environment: Comfortable working remotely within a fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats, headquarters alignment, and practice visits. Market or team reserves the right to determine physical location necessity

Preferred Qualifications

Professional Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.

Deep operational understanding across multiple lines of business: Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive scalability within field operations.
