As an Expert at AkzoNobel's Digital Transformation Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital activation and adoption. You will lead demand planning, manage priorities, and provide guidance on complex digital initiatives. Additionally, you may take on indirect managerial responsibilities as the team grows in size.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and prioritize large-scale digital initiatives to maximize business impact and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams and business units to enhance the impact of digital marketing campaigns.
- Own quality standards and governance, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and internal frameworks across all digital platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital service delivery using advanced analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, promoting knowledge sharing and building organizational digital capability.
- Partner with IT, product, engineering, and business units to co-design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives.
Qualifications Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or commercial operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality governance, process improvement, and strategic advisory.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving digital platform adoption.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills to engage with stakeholders globally.
- Proficiency in digital platforms such as GA4, GTM, AEM, Contentful, and CRM tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, as well as AI-driven marketing tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, queue systems like Jira, and quality frameworks like ITIL and Six Sigma basics.
- Data analytics skills for commercial insights using SQL and attribution modeling.
- Experience with Google Analytics/Marketing, Agile/Scrum Master, or Digital Marketing Institute credentials.
- Knowledge of global compliance standards and change management practices.
