Job Summary
This role involves developing and scaling a cutting-edge AI platform focused on compliance for client workers. You will architect and implement backend services, integrate with internal systems, and work with generative AI technologies to ensure applications are "born compliant." The position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation while contributing to critical privacy and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build serverless backend services on AWS.
- Develop and maintain tools for agentic AI workflows.
- Integrate with various internal platforms for data processing.
- Implement prompt orchestration and RAG pipelines.
- Build frameworks for automated compliance and workflow scripting.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in a programming language like Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with core AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
- Understanding of distributed systems and API design principles.
Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in generative AI and LLM application development, particularly in areas like prompt engineering, agentic architectures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), will be highly preferred.
