Financial: Starting salary of $34.62 per hour with one year of experience (otherwise according to collective agreement), shift bonus (evening, night, or weekend), enhanced attendance bonuses, 40 hours per week. Read and interpret technical drawings; Install and repair mechanical components; Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems; Maintain mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight controls, etc.); Prepare the aircraft for flight (refueling, daily inspections); Participate in engine and auxiliary power unit tests; Implement changes in the form of service bulletins while respecting industry standards; Participate in the Continuous Improvement Program (AES); Perform other related duties according to experience and qualifications. A DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance, OR An M2 (Aircraft Maintenance) License AND 2 years of experience within the last 5 years; Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team; Regular work in confined spaces; Regular work at heights up to 30 feet; Ability to adopt and maintain different physical positions as required by the job; Good communication skills; Good command of French (oral and written).
