Job Description

Lead customer experience initiatives as the Customer Experience and Delivery Manager. Foster effective collaboration among departments to ensure aircraft delivery meets client expectations and satisfaction.You will play a crucial role in collecting customer feedback, driving corrective actions, and leading improvement projects. A focus on promoting customer centricity within the organization will be vital, as you facilitate open communication between clients and internal teams.

Your ability to deliver reliable reports will contribute significantly to operational success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer insights to inform improvement strategies
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Delivery Manager
  • Initiate and lead projects enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Organize customer meetings and manage action follow-up
  • Provide detailed reports on delivery and acceptance performanceRequirements:
  • Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar
  • At least 5 years of related experience required
  • 3-5 years in project management roles
  • Proficient in bilingual communication, both oral and written
  • Familiarity with business aviation industry preferredEnhance delivery processes and strengthen client relationships by applying your project management and communication expertise.
