Job description
We’re hiring a Renewal Support Specialist to join our centralized operations team in the Denver Tech Center. In this fully onsite role (5 days/week) in the Denver Tech Center, you’ll support the resident lifecycle by managing renewals, notices, and key administrative processes that keep communities running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Manage the lease renewal process (generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork)
- Process Notices to Vacate and ensure accurate documentation
- Support onsite teams by handling resident inquiries and shared inbox requests
- Assist with post move-out processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Maintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies in internal systems
- Collaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experience
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and handling data entry
- Professional communicator (written and verbal)
- Property management experience is a plus
