With strong in-house engineering capabilities and unmatched technical expertise, Ainesh aims to provide world-class EPC and consulting services while delivering high-quality, affordable solar solutions. The company offers turnkey solutions for the design, engineering, procurement, and commissioning of solar projects, as well as advanced renewable energy asset management solutions. Currently, Ainesh is also developing a web-based mobile app for O&M services tailored to rooftop solar PV projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Commercial Sales Specialist.

The Commercial Sales

Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering impactful sales presentations, generating new business opportunities, and effectively managing the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, responding promptly to inquiries, negotiating contracts, and actively collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include crafting strategies to meet sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Presentations, Customer Service, and Communication
  • Proficient in New Business Development and Sales strategies
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is an advantage
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
