Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through inbound leads and follow up via calls and emails (leads will be provided).
- Convert prospective leads into enrollments through effective outbound communication.
- Clearly explain AIMLAY’s services and educational offerings to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver effective online presentations or demonstrations.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions aligned with client needs.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Admission Counsellor or in outbound sales for at least 1 year.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of adaptability, accountability, and professionalism.
