Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the creative vision of our casino games from concept to launch. You will define the visual style, guide the art team, and ensure every game delivers a premium, engaging player experience across desktop and mobile.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about creating world-class casino games and raising the overall creative quality of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision and art direction for games from concept to release.
Define the visual style, themes, characters, symbols, environments, UI, and overall look and feel of each game.
Guide and mentor a team of 2D artists, animators through the complete production cycle.
Review and approve artwork to ensure consistency, quality, and a premium finish.
Work closely with Game Designers, Product, and Developers to deliver engaging player experiences.
Continuously improve the studio's visual quality, creative processes, and art standards.
Ensure assets are optimized for HTML5 and mobile platforms without compromising quality.
Stay updated with iGaming trends and bring fresh creative ideas to new games.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in game art, with significant experience in the iGaming industry.
Experience as an Art Director, Lead Artist, or Senior Game Artist.
Strong portfolio showcasing premium slot games or casino game artwork.
Excellent skills in composition, color, lighting, rendering, and visual storytelling.
Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
Good understanding of HTML5/mobile asset production and optimization.
Proficiency in Photoshop and other industry-standard art tools.

Nice to Have

Experience with Spine, Blender, After Effects, or similar tools.
Knowledge of 3D-to-2D workflows.
Familiarity with AI-assisted art tools.
