Job Description

1st Shift Schedule: 4:00AM - 2:30PM; Monday - Thursday
Pay Range: $22.25-26.65/hr. DOE

Position The Laminator performs a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction (SWI).
Responsibilities Include
- Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and standard work instructions (SWI); wrap mold with composite materials, in preparation for curing process, to form composite parts.
- Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning; reporting all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor.
- Verify materials being used are according to manufacturing plan.
- Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed.
- Adhere to schedules and time allowances, takt time, for production requirements.
Experience
- One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in composite manufacturing a plus.
- Aerospace experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn go a long way.

- Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and follow demonstrated steps.
- Basic understanding of process specifications.
