SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Kit Cutters to join our growing production team in Renton, WA. This is an experienced individual, semi-skilled worker who operates machines, factory-related processing equipment, or vehicles. Has acquired skills from training and work experience, has limited autonomy, and works under moderate supervision.
Verify materials being used in accordance to the manufacturing plan; using a computer program to print out materials forms. Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning; Select the determined material, cut Prepreg material either using templates, 3 axis CNC machine or computer-based program according to Standard Work Instructions for each part, roll material into cardboard tube for support, and attach part tag in preparation for delivery to layup. Adhere to schedules and time allowances for production requirements; ensuring that the materials provided contain sufficient hours to produce a part without violating specification requirements.
Ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently.
Experience in composites preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Two years or more of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Below are typical PPE used on the production floor. Appropriate PPE must be worn by all employees when on the production floor.
