About The Role

We’re expanding our team at AICamp and looking for a Software Engineer (BackEnd) who can do more than just write code. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be building, scaling, and optimizing real-world products in the TypeScript ecosystem.

If you’ve got 3+ years of experience with Node.js and Next.js, thrive in fast-moving environments, and are excited about integrating GenAI capabilities into production systems, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working on integrations, RAG pipelines, prompt evaluations, fine-tuning, and agent workflows all while helping us ship features that directly serve our customers.

What You’ll Work On

Building and scaling backend APIs with Node.js and TypeScript
Developing robust and performant frontends with Next.js
Designing and implementing integrations with AI models, APIs, and databases
Working on GenAI-specific workflows: RAG, prompt evals, fine-tuning, agent orchestration
Collaborating with the team to experiment, prototype, and ship production-ready features
Contributing to deployment, testing, and monitoring pipelines
