Graduate / MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Experience - 5 - 10 yrs

SKILLS & COMPETENCISES

· Strong knowledge of Warehouse, Logistics, Freight Management, and Supply Chain best practices.

· An ability to research and propose investment in automation & operation excellence...

· Good understanding of warehouse space utilization and automation investments.

· Emphasis on safety standards and associate training.

· An ability to emphasize associate training. ...

· A head for analyzation that supports good customer service.

· Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and presentation tools.

· Analytical mindset for cost optimization and performance improvements.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

· Hands-on experience managing 3PL operations, transporters, and a 70–80-member outsourced team.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Head - Logistics, Warehouse & Freight

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Willingness to travel regularly to various warehouse locations and 3PL partner sites.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Local Language (Preferably Tamil).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
