Senior Support Engineer (Azure)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall 8+ Years of work experience.
• Location- Hyderabad (Hybrid)
• 1. Azure Data Factory (ADF): Build, deploy, and monitor ADF pipelines for ETL and data integration across Azure SQL, Data Lake, and Synapse. Automate ADF deployments using DevOps pipelines or PowerShell/ARM templates. Manage ADF integration with Key Vault, Managed Identity, and Private Endpoints. Support version control, dependency management, and testing frameworks for ADF workflows.
• 2. Azure Web Apps & Compute: Design and manage Azure App Services, Function Apps, and Web Apps for Containers. Automate code deployments and configuration management using DevOps release pipelines. Implement auto-scaling, slot swaps, and blue-green deployments. Manage Azure VMs, VMSS, and extensions for hybrid or legacy workloads. Ensure infrastructure resilience with Availability Sets/Zones, Load Balancers, and Recovery Services Vaults.
• 3. Monitoring, Security, and Governance: Integrate applications and infrastructure with Azure Monitor, App Insights,Log Analytics, and Grafana dashboards. Implement role-based access control (RBAC), Managed Identities, and Key Vault secrets management.
