Drive operational success at Agropur as a Lead Production Supervisor in St-Laurent. Manage production efficiency and foster a collaborative work environment across shifts. As a Lead Production Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Operations, ensuring optimal operations in the Receiving, Pasteurization, and Packaging departments. This key role requires you to guide Production Supervisors, while managing departmental performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environment disciplines (SQCDME). - Supervise and coach technicians and operators

- University/college degree in engineering or related field
- Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
