IT Fulfilment Lead

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified IT Asset & Fulfillment Supervisor to fill an open position with one of our clients in the retail industry. This role oversees the preparation, tracking, and delivery of POS and network hardware to store locations across North America. The supervisor will lead day-to-day operations, manage inventory and logistics, and support large-scale store technology projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment with direct impact on store readiness and performance.

A Little About This Gig

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations and project-based activities related to IT asset and store technology fulfillment
• Manage deployment, return, and tracking of POS and network hardware for new stores, refreshes, closures, and ad-hoc initiatives
• Own inventory management, reporting, and coordination of hardware purchasing and operational supplies
• Support team operations through ticket queue monitoring, KPI tracking, task delegation, training, and cross-functional communication

The Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience preparing, shipping, receiving, storing, and managing IT hardware assets
• Strong team leadership skills with experience overseeing daily operations and project work
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience managing inventory systems, tracking devices, and reporting operational metrics
• Ability to stand, bend, and independently lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations
