As a Front-End Developer, you will design and build user-facing features for our banking platform and back-office applications, working closely with our backend API development team.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop user-facing features for banking systems and back-office applications, incorporating internal and external APIs with robust error handling, validation, and state management
• Design and implement a comprehensive design framework using modern design language frameworks to produce standardized, reusable components, views, and applications
• Write thorough, understandable, well-documented, and tested code that meets professional development standards and maintains long-term system reliability
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and backend API developers to understand and translate business needs into intuitive web applications that streamline banking operations

What You’ve Got

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks with strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary JavaScript, and frontend performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices, including code generation, automated testing, and intelligent code completion to enhance development productivity
• Experience with design tools such as Figma for collaborating with UX designers and translating designs into production code
• Experience mentoring junior developers in a collaborative environment, or leading small development teams
