Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Intelligence who can bridge the gap between business and technology. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into high-level technical specifications, leading BI delivery (Power BI), and tracking milestones to ensure timely execution. Exposure to Supply Chain or Integrated Operations is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements
- Convert business needs into high-level technical requirement documents for analytics and BI solutions
- Design, develop, or oversee the development of Power BI dashboards and reports
- Coordinate with Power BI specialists when required and review deliverables for quality and accuracy
- Perform project tracking, milestone planning, and progress reporting
- Act as a team lead, guiding analysts/developers and ensuring best practices are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and BI solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to reporting standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, performance optimization)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in project tracking, milestone planning, and delivery management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
