Hiring a Warehouse Production Associate in Inwood, WV

Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a hands-on Warehouse Production Associate. You will help keep the production line running smoothly by operating equipment, maintaining material flow, and supporting continuous, high-volume output. You will work closely with supervisors, maintenance, and other team members to monitor the line, address issues quickly, and minimize downtime.

Shifts available:

2-2-3 schedule 2am-2pm or 2pm-2am

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery such as conveyors, packaging equipment, and assembly line machines to keep the line running efficiently.
• Maintain a steady flow of materials by handling, staging, and replenishing line supplies to prevent production interruptions.
• Assist with machine setup, make routine adjustments, and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Identify mechanical or process issues on the line and promptly escalate them to maintenance or supervision as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production run sheets accurately and consistently.
• Perform in-process and post-production quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
• Support packaging operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials and finished goods.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing or production line environments.
• Experience operating and monitoring production machinery, including conveyors, packaging equipment, and assembly line machines.
• Background in machine operation, including setup, routine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Ability to identify mechanical or process issues and escalate them appropriately to maintenance or supervision.
• Familiarity with production KPIs such as output rates, scrap, downtime, and efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Inwood, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
