About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cloud, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams & AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable enterprise solutions across Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and AI‑powered platforms.

This role blends hands‑on engineering, platform administration, AI solution development, and technical leadership. You will help modernize enterprise collaboration and content platforms using cloud services, identity and credential management, Teams extensibility, and AI agents/copilots that improve productivity and automate business workflows.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design, build, and administer Azure cloud solutions using App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, AKS/Container Apps, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
• Operate production platforms with a focus on security, scalability, resiliency, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps solutions and/or GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long‑term platform improvements.

SharePoint Administration & Enterprise Content Management

• Lead administration and engineering of SharePoint Online–based enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
• Design scalable SharePoint architectures integrated with business workflows and downstream systems.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for governance, retention, auditing, and compliance.

Credential & Identity Management

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity solutions including RBAC, managed identities, and conditional access.
• Secure applications and integrations using Azure Key Vault, secrets management, certificates, OAuth 2.0, and SSO.
• Manage App Registrations and Client IDs and Secrets
• Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce identity, access, and data protection controls.

Microsoft Teams Resource Management & Extensibility

• Manage, and provide permissions for Microsoft Teams apps and bots using Teams Central.
• Manage solutions with Microsoft Graph APIs, REST services, and enterprise platforms.
• Support Teams resource management and operational readiness, ensuring Teams-based solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable.

AI Development & Intelligent Automation

• Design and implement AI‑powered solutions on Azure and Microsoft 365, including:
• Conversational AI, virtual assistants, and AI agents
• Copilot‑style experiences embedded in Teams, SharePoint, and custom applications
• Build and orchestrate AI agents that integrate with enterprise data, APIs, and workflows.
• Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or equivalent platforms to enable natural language processing, summarization, search, and automation.
• Apply responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, governance, and explainability.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise identity, credential management, and access controls.

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage projects across the full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
• Work in an Agile environment with product owners, architects, security, and DevOps teams.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software or platform engineering experience.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
• Proven experience with identity, credential, and access management (Entra ID, OAuth, Key Vault).
• Experience developing or supporting Microsoft Teams apps, bots, or integrations.
• Knowledge and Hands‑on experience with AI development, such as:
• Conversational AI, copilots, or intelligent agents
• Azure OpenAI or comparable AI platforms
• Knowledge and experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in one or more: .NET/C#, Java, JavaScript, plus SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud automation, and DevOps practices.
• Comfortable working in Windows and Linux environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating multi‑agent systems or workflow‑driven AI orchestration.
• ServiceNow integrations and workflow automation.
• Containerization and orchestration experience (AKS, Docker).
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, Active Directory, ADFS, firewalls, load balancers).
• Azure or AWS certifications
