Data Analytics (Job Code: Business Intelligence) (Contractual)
Experience & Skills requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of IT Industry experience with deep focus in BI or data warehousing or any analytics projects
- Experience in Business Intelligence is mandatory
- Post-graduation from reputed institutes would be preferred
- Experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance in BI or Analytics programs, with at least one end-to-end implementation
- Querying and Analyzing data: Ability to deep dive into data sources for data exploration as well as troubleshooting for outliers for defining business rules
- Ability to analyze and interpret numbers, trends, patterns, and data to develop new conclusions based on the findings
- Domain experience in Recruitment Processing / Payroll process is plus
- Have the ability to collaborate and communicate with recruitment experts / payroll mangers / payroll directors / hiring managers
- Must have the ability to single-handedly communicate requirements/issues/concerns to the end stakeholders
- Must have prior exposure to change management /communication/socialization profiles with end user
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must value to operate in a collaborative and cooperative environment
- Exposure to transformation projects would be a plus
- Exposure to Databricks
- Data Migration –
Tools Knowledge:
- Must possess intermediate SQL knowledge in current profile
- Experience in an at least one BI tool preferably Power BI, Power Query
- Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase/Smart view would be a Plus
- Strong Excel macros / VBA programming is must
- Strong on Python
- Strong on Databricks
Qualification: Masters / Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related field
