Job Description

As a Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist (Marketing Operations) at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in leading B2B marketing campaign management and marketing automation proficiency. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring scalability, high-quality, and data-driven results while adhering to Adobe's brand and operational standards. This involves overseeing planning, production, QA, deployment, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Content, Creative) to operationalize marketing strategies at scale.
  • Maintain Adobe marketing guidelines, naming conventions, governance, and standard procedures in campaign execution.

In terms of MarTech & Automation, you will be expected to:

  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketo Engage, and Workfront to manage customer journeys and segmentation.
  • Enable personalization and automation through audience segmentation, triggers, and cross-channel activations.

For AI & Gen AI Activation, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Generative AI enablement for marketing use cases, content acceleration, and personalization at scale.
  • Support internal teams with AI campaign ideation, automation frameworks, and experience in Adobe Firefly Services, Content Accelerator, and AI-enhanced campaign production.

Your role will also involve leveraging Data & Engineering Knowledge by:

  • Demonstrating practical experience or solid knowledge of SQL for audience analysis, customer insights, and data validation.
  • Utilizing data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery for data transformation, activation pipelines, and customer data models.

Skills & Qualifications required for this role:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B campaign operations, marketing automation, or MarTech delivery roles.
  • Expertise in campaign production, marketing governance, and automation workflows.
  • Proficiency in data segmentation, data validation, and audience activation.
  • Knowledge of SQL is required; Python is a plus.
  • Experience with the Adobe ecosystem (AJO, AEP, Marketo, Workfront) is preferred.
  • Passion for AI enablement in marketing and scaling personalization.
