Job description
B2B Performance Marketing Manager
The B2B Performance Marketing Manager is accountable for developing and leading the complete range of responsibilities related to the global Paid Search strategy and outcomes for their designated business line. This role involves leading, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve and surpass key performance indicators. The Strategist will also ensure cross-team alignment and maintain effective communication with partners.
Strategy Execution:
- Build and Drive development of the overall global strategy for the organization.
- Support Marketing Manager with data analysis and insight to present results to Business Partners, Web Team, Analytics, Campaign Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Marketing and the Global Growth Marketing Organization.
- Assist in development and delivery of quarterly Media Plans & business reports across all channels
- Identify new opportunities for the Business Units and lead with sophisticated methodologies.
- Work with International strategist to ensure accurate execution and tactics of the Global strategy are deployed.
- Work with Practice Lead to build and complete a plan on an internal and external voice for the program. Bring innovative ideas to further drive Customer Success branding throughout Adobe and to our customers.
- Shape and scale AI-powered search strategies, including Performance Max, AI Max, automated bidding, audience-centric targeting, and next-generation optimization methodologies.
- Effectively develop and nurture positive relationships with the search engine reps and apply their resources, including performance insights and beta testing.
Cross-team Integration:
- Align marketing efforts with SEO, Site Search, and all other marketing fields into integrated global programs.
- Act as Paid Search liaison to Demand Generation functional and Social Media teams for strategy sharing and provide updates to the team.
- Stay current with all industry trends and regularly advise and educate the rest of the company on new technologies, opportunities and standard methodologies.
- Develop strong alignment with the SEO team to purposefully optimize the Paid and Natural Search balance and co-optimization.
Program Optimization:
- Enhance overall program returns and reduction of expenses!
- Responsible for budget allocations, projections, and recommendations.
- Provide input and feedback for landing pages, multivariate tests, ad copy and media plans.
- Lead all aspects of Landing Page personalization, creatives and ad copy test plans and ensure global execution. Communicate results to respective partners and broader teams.
- Drive successful use of Adobe Advertising platform portfolios, objectives, and simulations.
- Provide budget recommendations and forecasts for the Senior Managers.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience, BA/BS degree required
- Established track record as an enterprise-level Search and Display Strategist, leading campaigns with proven outcomes.
- Deep, hands-on experience with Google Ad Words, Microsoft/Bing Ads, DV360, AdCloud Display, and other search engines.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Web Analytics, Bid Optimization platforms, including or similar to Adobe AdCloud
- Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end and optimizing towards performance goals
- Show experience in developing polished and successful media plans and strategies.
- Understanding of how marketing strategies integrate with other online and offline media campaigns.
- Experience in Lead Generation through search and programmatic display channels.
- Experience leading Enterprise B2B programs at a global scale.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
