Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Health Insurance Agent role based in Indore. The Health Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to explain health insurance products, assess coverage needs, and recommend suitable plans, including specialized wellness and chronic care offerings. The role involves handling inquiries, providing policy information, assisting with enrollment and documentation, and supporting customers through claim-related processes. The agent will maintain accurate records, follow regulatory and company guidelines, coordinate with internal teams for policy servicing, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health Insurance and general Insurance products, including benefits, exclusions, and regulatory aspects.
• Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices, policy comparison, and advising customers on suitable coverage options.
• Understanding of Medicare and related health coverage frameworks, and ability to explain plan features clearly to diverse customers.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and customer-centric interaction.
• Proven ability in sales or customer service, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, policy servicing, and record-keeping.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for managing customer information and workflows.
• Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with team members, and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.
