Hiring HR Compliance Officer For Baner ,Pune location

We are hiring HR COMPLIANCE OFFICER for our client for BANER location.

Role & responsibilities

Ensure 100% statutory compliance and timely renewals/returns for different locations across country

Maintain compliance tracker & MIS updation

Support during audits & ensure documentation readiness

Handling Compliance related issues & resolution of the same

Co-ordination with different dept for smooth functioning of processes related to statute

Liasioning with Govt Authorities, Labour entities, External Stakeholders

Visit labour departments as required for multiple purposes

Attend labour cases as required and ensure their closure.

Regular follow-up with PF /ESI & Legal Consultants

Willingness to travel to sites, if required

Strong theoretical knowledge of statutory laws is a must
