Job Description
Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to hire a Contract Web Content Specialist / Messaging Execution Specialist in Richmond, VA. This role sits within a fast-paced digital experience team responsible for building, testing, and deploying customer-facing messages across web and mobile banking platforms.
This is a production-heavy, deadline-driven role where precision, speed, and attention to detail are critical. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and comfortable working across multiple tools and environments while managing several active projects at once.
This is a 1 yr contract assignment with a payrate range of $36-38hr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to develop and execute digital customer messaging aligned to business goals
- Build, test, and release in-app and web-based messages within a structured internal framework
- Ensure messaging is accurately targeted to the correct audiences using analytical and segmentation logic
- Use API testing tools (e.g., Insomnia) to run GET/POST requests and validate messaging functionality
- Test digital experiences across web browsers and mobile environments (iOS/Android) using tools such as Xcode and Android Studio
- Troubleshoot messaging issues and support QA validation across multiple environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project status, timelines, and deliverables
- Pull and analyze data from tools such as Tableau, Splunk, or similar platforms as needed
- Follow established workflows while contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in digital content management, messaging execution, or web production
- 1+ year of experience working in a macOS environment
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), including entering content, uploading assets, and applying metadata tags
- Familiarity with API tools and basic understanding of GET/POST requests
- Experience testing digital content across web and mobile platforms
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, multi-variable projects
- Strong multitasking skills in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive, “figure-it-out” mindset
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Growth-oriented mindset with adaptability and willingness to learn new systems quickly
