Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Administrative Clerk to work for our client in Lethbridge, AB . In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers and will be responsible for answering incoming calls regarding deliveries and downloading orders for delivery in system.

- Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hour
- Location: Lethbridge, AB
- Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, fax, mail, e-mail) in a timely fashion
- Initiate dispute resolutions, including preparation of backup documentation as required
- Engage and/or escalate to appropriate individuals within the organization to assist in dispute resolution
- Process customer payments, credits and rebills, with strong attention to detail in keeping with financial regulations, approvals and auditing requirements
- Perform account maintenance as requested, including account creation, address/name/PO changes, billing structure adjustments, and invoicing requirements - all while observing approval requirements
- Recommend, where appropriate, submission of customer accounts to outside collections agencies, bad debt write-off, and communicate bankruptcy notices
- Assist and collaborate with Territory Managers and other departments on matters related to customer care, with a keen focus on delivering the best service possible
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Steel toe shoes are required
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
