Role: Residential Maintenance Technician

Location: Arlington, VA

Pay: $28 - $33 / hour DOE

Benefits: This role is eligible for PTO, 401K, tuition reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for helping maintain a high-end multifamily property while ensuring residents receive prompt, professional service.

Key Responsibilities Include

Responding to and completing resident service requests in a timely manner
Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues
Assisting with apartment turnovers and renovation projects
Supporting the overall upkeep, safety, and appearance of the property
Collaborating with the Lead Engineer and property team to ensure operational excellence

Experience Required

3–5 years of maintenance, engineering, or building systems experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and safely move appliances and equipment
Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet
Experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, or commercial properties is preferred but not required
Ability to troubleshoot problems, think critically, and work independently
