Who We Are

Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. Addepar unifies portfolio, market and client data in a total portfolio view and delivers AI-powered insights within investment and client workflows. More than 1,400 firms in nearly 60 countries use Addepar to manage and advise on nearly $9 trillion in assets. Its open platform integrates with nearly 650 software, data and consulting partners to power end-to-end investment operations across firms of all sizes and complexity. Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva and São Paulo.

The Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and technically minded Product Enablement Specialist to drive go-to-market (GTM) readiness for new product releases, feature updates, and technical content. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product innovation and revenue execution. You will partner deeply with Product Management and Product Marketing (PMM) to translate complex platform mechanics into clear, high-impact training materials, eLearning modules, and live enablement sessions.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep curiosity for how software works, sharp project management discipline, and a passion for building world-class product education. You will ensure our customer-facing teams are definitive experts on the Addepar platform, fully prepared to articulate the value of every update we ship.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $68,000 - $106,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Release & Launch Execution: Own the enablement lifecycle for all new product releases and feature updates. Build, manage, and maintain highly accurate project trackers to ensure all GTM teams are certified and ready ahead of critical launch windows
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the core connective tissue between Product, PMM, Enablement, and GTM. Proactively organize and lead stakeholder alignment sessions, run dry-runs, and secure cross-functional buy-in well in advance of training deployments
  • Content Development & Instructional Design: Transform technical product documentation and release notes into digestible, high-quality learning assets, including eLearnings, playbooks, release summaries, and interactive training environments
  • Technical Product Mastery: Develop a comprehensive, continuous understanding of Addepar’s technical mechanics and product roadmap. Commit to being the team’s definitive subject matter expert on platform functionality
  • Program Tracking & Accountability: Continuously audit and update existing product training content to reflect real-time platform changes. Leverage internal project management tools (such as Monday.com) to provide leadership with absolute visibility into project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Lead the GTM product enablement strategy by designing, managing, and delivering educational materials and training sessions to guarantee the GTM team is fully informed on all product enhancements and releases
