Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager at Adaptive Automation Technologies Inc., you will play a crucial role in being the technical face of the company post-sale. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and scale the product within some of India's fastest-growing companies. By influencing expansion, retention, and long-term customer success, you will be at the forefront of solving real security problems and working hands-on with infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the post-sales technical relationship for enterprise customers
- Lead onboarding and deployments across various platforms such as cloud, databases, VMs, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams in production environments to troubleshoot issues related to IAM, networking, secrets, and access workflows
- Drive adoption and achieve measurable security and compliance outcomes
- Conduct technical reviews with engineering and security stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives on commercial motions
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams
Qualifications Required:
- 510 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, DevOps, Security Engineering, or similar
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB
- Solid understanding of infrastructure security
- Ability to debug real production issues
- Excellent communication skills with a high sense of ownership and adaptability to fast-paced environments
