Manager -Projects-Construction Civil

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all civil engineering projects within the Power/Energy sector in Mahan Madhya pradesh.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead a team of civil engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Expertise in Civil Construction of BTG, BOP and Chimney and boiler structure works.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Experience

• 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering within the Power/Energy industry.
• Prior experience in project management and leading a team.
• Demonstrated success in delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Certification Required

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
